New Stevenson Readymix Concrete Plant in East Tamaki

Stevenson Concrete took possession of the Wilson Readymix Concrete operation at 20 Jarvis Way on Saturday 19th July 2008. All staff currently employed at the site have been retained. The plant was stocked with all the raw materials used by Stevenson so that we can continue to use the popular Stevenson mix designs, such as Jack’s Mix, Hawke’s Bay and Greywacke.

The operation consists of the concrete plant and thirteen trucks. The Wilson trucks will be incorporated into the Stevenson fleet and despatch system and will be seen on sites where Stevenson concrete has been ordered. The trucks will be repainted at a later stage, and the plant will be run under the Wilson name for short time but will eventually revert to the Stevenson Concrete branding.

Stevenson Concrete is very pleased to have acquired a new East Tamaki plant, and we were proud to be able to keep all staff and go through a smooth takeover.
