Key Staff

	Project Manager - Leon Le Roux Leon is the senior project manager, responsible for managing customer projects through to completion. His background experience includes 12 years in hydro engineering and over two years working with mobile cranes moving precast panels. He has been at Stevenson for three years.
	Project Manager - Adam Davies Adam has worked at Stevenson for 14 years and has a background in precast manufacturing and pre-stressing management. He is responsible for managing customer projects through to completion.
	Estimator - Steve Halbauer Steve’s background experience includes civil engineering, construction and design. He has worked at Stevenson for seven years. Steve manages our in-house estimating function and prices all of our tender work. He is a member of IPENZ.
	Estimator/Project Manager - Brad Dickson Brad has worked at Stevenson for three years. His background in precast and terrazzo manufacturing has been invaluable to the company. He works with Steve on the pricing of our tenders. Brad also provides back-up assistance for the project managers.
	Planning Manager - Kees Van Der Voorn Kees has worked in the precast industry for 12 years, three of which have been at Stevenson. He is responsible for programming the production of precast to meet agreed delivery schedules.
	Production Manager - Phillip Van Den Berg Phil is responsible for the daily production and for leading the team on the factory floor. He has worked in quantity surveying and the building industry for 11 years, six of which have been at Stevenson.
	Office Manager - Sonya Norris Sonya keeps the office running. She has a ten-year background in office management and has worked at Stevenson for four years.
