About Stevenson Floor Systems
Stevenson Floor Systems Ltd was formed in response to market demand for a professional full contract commercial and industrial flooring service to the construction industry. By offering a full contract service, Stevenson Floor Systems is taking responsibility for two key aspects of producing a high quality concrete floor – concrete supply, and concrete placing and finishing.
Stevenson has extensive knowledge and experience in the design of concrete mixes for specific applications, and an efficient manufacturing and delivery capability. Our partnerships with highly experienced certified concrete placers, ensures that our customers are provided with a cost effective, high quality solution to their flooring needs.
Our Products
There are a range of concrete flooring solutions available to suit the specific requirements of a project. These include:
- Vision slab foundation system - This is a primarily residential flooring system which can be used in multiple building floor slab applications. Utilising versatile spacers and pods, the Vision Slab system facilitates a faster, more cost-effective construction without sacrificing performance. View>
- Strip footing system - This is again, primarily a residential flooring system which allows the Stevenson DryBlock™ Architectural Masonry wall system to finish running into ground, for a seamless aesthetic. View>
- Fibre-reinforced concrete floor slabs - Steel fibre reinforced floors can increase load bearing capacity, reduce cracking, and increase resistance against impact and dynamic loads. View>

Post-tensioned concrete floor slabs - Post-tensioned slabs on ground floors can increase load-bearing capacity, and eliminate cracking and joints. Post-tensioned slabs can be cast in very large areas, typically 2500 - 5000m2. View>

Standard steel-reinforced concrete floor slabs - This is the most economical type of industrial concrete flooring. It is ideal for situations with low loading requirements and favourable sub-grade conditions. However, it will not provide the same degree of performance as a steel fibre reinforced or post-tensioned concrete floor. View>
