Stevenson Group Limited is a 100% family-owned holding company with five subsidiary operating businesses. Each business has its own Manager and is accountable for its performance to the Chief Executive.
While the businesses operate independently, they are encouraged to support each other's success. There is some integration through the supply of products and services and we encourage staff to look for personal development opportunities across the Group. This approach has successfully created a commercial community that supports a ‘family’ culture. Group Services is a small support team at head office that provides specialist skills in finance and risk, compliance, brand and people development.
We currently employ around 500 people, mainly in the Auckland region, with outlying sites in the Waikato and the South Island in addition to our farming operation near Taupo.
