We have our own excellent superannuation scheme which is open to all permanent staff. To encourage saving, the company matches employee contributions up to 5%. The scheme includes a death and disablement benefit equal to three times salary.
With health, safety and wellbeing in mind, we also offer medical insurance to all our permanent staff. We’ve structured it so that our special staff rate can be extended to an employee’s immediate family. In addition to medical insurance, all employees have access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
